How to make it
1. Put the ground meat, fried onion, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg into a bowl and mix well until sticky.
2. Shape the hamburger steaks and place them in a steamer lined with parchment paper.
3. Pour a generous amount of tomato sauce over the hamburger steak and top with basil leaves.
4. Top with sliced cheese.
5. Place the steamer basket in the pot that has started to steam and steam over medium heat for about 15 minutes .
6. Once cooked, it's done. The cheese will melt and blend with the sauce, resulting in a juicy dish!
