◆ How to make it

1. Boil/steam the vegetables in a bamboo steamer (estimated steaming time: about 3 minutes)
② Season each of the steamed vegetables with [Seasoning] A.
③Cut 150g of beef belly into bite-sized pieces, add 【Seasoning】 B and stir fry.
④ Stir-fry 100g of fern with [Seasoning] A. If the fern is thick, tear it apart with your fingers before frying so that the flavors will blend in more quickly.
⑤ Make the tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette) and when it's done, cut it into strips so that it's easy to roll.
Cut the takuan into pieces of your desired size.
⑥Add sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds to the cooked rice and mix.
⑦When all the ingredients are ready, spread the roasted nori on the rolling mat, spread the rice thinly and roll it up with the ingredients. Spread the rice as close to the edge of the nori as possible, leaving about 1/4 of the space at the back as you look at it. Fill it with plenty of ingredients.
⑧Once you've finished rolling, cut it into bite-sized pieces and it's done!
