2. Ingredients (serves 2-3)

3. How to make it
1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, add the seasonings and grated ginger, rub well, and leave overnight.
② Dry fry the glutinous rice, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, and dried shrimp in a frying pan until fragrant and slightly colored.
③ Once cooled, grind the spices and glutinous rice in a mill to make “spiced rice flour.”
④ Lightly drain the chicken and sprinkle with ③.
⑤ Steam in the steamer for 15 minutes and it's done.
